I was walking in the downtown this afternoon when I saw a black long futuristic car in the center of Leeuwarden. It looks impressive with its modern futuristic design. Really an entertainment for the passers by of Leeuwarden downtown on this windy Wednesday afternoon.........
The idea struck me one morning to make a mural in our house. I used my three gorgeous goldfish as my models to paint the dull white side of the kitchen table. Using wood, acryl paint and soft pastels I brought my fish to life! Are you interested to have some painting at home too? I would love to do it for you! Just

me and I'll bring your house to life...
Inhabitant of Leeuwarden could forget the quiet sunday afternoon on Sunday, 31 July 2011. In the parking basement at Zaailand people could enjoy an interesting combination between art and model cars. Part of the basement was transformed into a circuit where about fifteen model cars raced on a colour covered paper carpet. It is very nice and enjoyable to see how the white paper was quickly changed into a big abstract colourful artwork. I spent sometime trying my new camera, making film of this event. Too bad I had no tripod with me and once again this is just a trial and error with my camera. It is worth to try, right?
In this art exhibition you can see oil/ water colour paintings and photo's made by me. There are no theme this time since I am still exploring the power of the new technique: oil painting. There are portraits, interior, streetscape and animal oil paintings to see. Besides that you can enjoy the beauty of watercolour technique in buildings and birds. There are also some photographs of landscape and animals to enjoy while you are drinking or eating in this cozy cafe. The opening was on Friday 17th June at 4.00 pm with some bag pipe and guitar playing by artist Joris Collier and Martin Pals.
'Frats', the theater department of Keunstwurk and Tryater have asked three theaterclubs to make their own version of Macbeth. The result is the Macbeth festival: Macbeth in it Paradys in Tryater. The programme was started at 12.45 with the introducing talk with the three directors of the plays. At 3.00 p.m, in Tryater we could see all the three plays of Macbeth.Very interesting and unique plays to see! For this occasion Keunstwurk has asked me to make a fotoreportage of the day.
